I have arrived to the conclusion that some are unaware of my rating system. I try to rate on the basis of the skill level of the flash maker, not if they are good or bad. If it is a person's first flash, do not rate it as if it was the work of an experienced game site designer. You must rate upon skill level.
I am not human, but that is not one of the things you have to choose from a drop down list when you create an account
